6100.10

I have a 6100.10 and started getting the continuous alert from the driver. I cleaned it which did not correct the alert. When I examined it it appears that one of the wires (gray) has broken off from the unit. I assume this is the problem. Can anything be done?

Where is the wire broken? At the pump or at the driver connection? A broken wire would be a definite cause. It may be repairable if it is at the driver end but f the cable is cut or damaged it is not repairable but you would be eligible for a discounted upgrade to a 6105.

Unfortunately it's broken at the pump. Let me know what the next step is regarding the upgrade.
