6100 alarm, but not stuck

I have a 6100 stream that is giving me the alarm sound, but the impeller isn't stuck in any way. I removed the impeller and soaked all the parts in vinegar for a few days just in case, but sure enough I put everything back together and I still get the alarm tone.

Roger - if you're reading this, I just had this pump back to you for repair and a 6000 to 6100 upgrade. It ran fine for a few weeks before this started happening.
