6100 Alarm sounds

I have a 6100 stream that is 3 months old and the alarm sounds.. I check the unit and the propeller is free to turn in other words there is no build up. What would you suggest as the next step in solving this problem? It is connected to a 7095 controller.

Double check that the magnet rotor is not stuck to the upper bearing- see the stickied thread at the top of this forum.

Thanks read the sticky and switched to interval 2, was operating with interval 1. This unit is one of the new types without brake shoes. Will let you know if the alarm goes off again.
