6100 help

Well my 6100 was working fine. I took it apart for normal cleaning. Well I put it back together it worked great for about 24 hours. then the alarm started going off so I unpluged it. Then I took it apart and a white roll or something white fell out (KalK build up?). I cleaned it up and rinsed it and is worked great again. 2 days later the alarm goes off again. this time nothing was in it and I noticed that the bottom of the mganet was beat up a bit.

Well what do I do? do I send it to Tunze for replacement or repair?

Do I just buy a new one online if so where I didn't find any place when I searched?

Roger, i would send the pump in so Roger or Rodney can take a look and figure out what went wrong. I don't recommend to buy anything because you may purchase the wrong part.

Can you please post picture of your propeller?

I can send it in no problem. what address? attention who? Just send the pump or do I have to send the other parts also tranformera and such?

Send complete pump include transformer and whatever else that involve to get the pump run and your 7095... Good luck
