I am working on long tank and need some flow. I can only add the tunzes on one end of the tank (3 sides ar viewable). the viewable length in 9'. the tank is 35" tall.

i like the efficiency of the 6100, but am not sure if they will be enough to flow that length. what do you reccomend and how many?

also, can i mix tunzes on the same 7095 controller?

thanks:rollface:

The 6100 and 6200 have the same reach- 7ft. They have the same flow velocity, The 6100 has a 24" diameter flow, the 6200 has a 30" diameter flow, that is the only difference. You can mix and match the pumps on a controller, you can even include Turbelle Electronics and Turbelle Classics with the right adapter.

so, if the tank is 34" wide and 9' long and 35" tall, what kind of setup would you reccomend?

The length is an issue because you really need a pump on each end to cover that tank. I would place a 6200 on each end.

to keep viewing clean i would use 2 6100 on different sides on one end then run a return along the top to the other side, split it to a squid. this will take care of any dead spots
