6100 Problem

I have a pair of 6100s run on a multi controller. The problem is that the driver emits a continuous beep which the manual said was a blockage issue. I disassembled the pump and it looked clean. The impeller is only a few weeks old as the old one was used and I had to buy a new impeller. Is there something else to try?

When you installed the new propeller assembly did you change all the parts that came with the new one and make sure the old oring and bearings were removed? This is critical, the older bearings may not fit newer drive units and if two orings are installed the drive unit won't sit properly.

Part of the drive units is the upper bearing and oring, part 3000.610 and 3000.612 and the bearing bush, part 3000.62. These also need to be changed, they come with the drive units.

Where is a good place to purchase these parts? PA does not have them listed.

Yes, they ship from us.

If you installed a 6100.60 it came with everything you needed, you just had to change all the parts you got with the set.

And you changed the bearings? Does everything look as shown in the first thread in this forum on cleaning? The other thing I have seen is people sometimes don't remove the old oring so they have two installed.
