6100 Seized

Hi. I have a Tunze 6100 that is seized up. I tried soaking in two different baths of vinegar for one week each. Still doesnââ"šÂ¬Ã¢"žÂ¢t rotate and I can't pull it apart. Any suggestions?

24hrs after I get it usually, worst case 48hrs and not counting weekends though I do sometimes get a chance to do these repairs on a weekend.
