6100 stopped and alarm is not as loud

last night one of my pumps stopped and the alarm sounded different than normal (not as loud). I performed the usual drill and cleaned the pump. The prop spins free, but when I turn it back on it seems like the motor lost half of its phase. I have tried everything and the prop will not spin when plugged in. It feels like it has magnetism for half a rotation then it stops. Do you have any suggestions?

If it helps the pumps were purchased 7/05.

Check my post at the top on cleaning and be sure the upper bearing is not stck to the magnet, short of that it needs to be sent in for repair.

I did and it is free spinning. I was hoping it would be something I missed. Do you want the pump, transformer, blue box or everything. Please tell me where you would like it shipped to and any special instructions. If you need to talk to me I can PM my phone number.

I just need the actual pump and the blue box, keep the transformer if you can verify it is fine on your other pump. Just send it to:
