6100 stopping

Hi, when i use the feeder button on my 7094 multi controller one of my 6100 sometimes fails to restart.If i then turn it off and manually spin the impellor then turn back on it is ok again.It does this maybe 1 out of 4 times, can someone tell me what the problem may be?

It likely has some calcium build up probably where the magnetic rotor meets the upper bearing which is a circular track with a red oring under it. These parts should be seperate and move freely on each other. Basically their is too much resistance to starting up. A cracked magnetic rotor is another possible cause.

Yes, but you can check the magnet for cracks and make sure it isn't another part causing the problem.
