Roger, Ive got one with an alarm that I couldnt clear with cleaning. Ive shipped it to you for troubleshooting today from Jackson, MS USPS. Should arrive in a couple days. I do have a backup running in the tank so I'm not as time critical as some probably are but I am running without a backup now. Thanks in advance for your help.
