6100 warranty????

two 6100s that I've bought within about 1-2 months of eachother have stopped working. I bought them about 9 months ago. Is there a warranty on these?

Ive tried cleaning them per rogers instructions on the thread. They still dont work and the alarm is going off.

If there is a warranty, where do I send them to, and what exactly do I send?

Send the motor and driver, they have a 2 year warranty. The warranty covers defects but not water damage to the electronics or severed cords.

I only have two employees, I will be the one doing the repair. It will get to me regardless.
