6100 won't start after cleaning?

Any ideas why my 6100 won't start back up after cleaning.
Took it out and apart yesterday, let it soak over night in a mild vinegar solution, now after I put it back together and it won't work. I have cleaned tunzes for a few years now and have never had a problem like this, any suggestions?

It beeped yesterday, so I took it apart last night to soak, now nothing.
Is there anything that needs to be done differently on a 6100?
I just took the prop shaft apart again, double checked everything else.
The metal box gets very hot fast, the coil not so much, and no lights on the controler.
Everything is clean but not working.

I'm not sure, I bought it from a reefer leaving the hobby. I'm going to ship the pump and controler to Roger at Tunze. I took a 6080 from another tank for the time being, so I can wait for Roger to check it out.

I wish we had a Tunze Roger in Australia, he looks after you guys well. If you could please post or PM me on which part of the pump failed ie the motor block, transformer, or driver (sliver box) all the best Sullyman =)

Sulllyman,

Please check the post at the top of this forum regards cleaning particularly the upper bearing above the impellor this needs to be removed for cleaning.

Walter,

I suspect your 6000 driver has failed and the transformer, as previous you are welcome to return to us for repair.
As you purchased in Singapore we need to cover our expenses regards repair so is not a warranty through our country. Roger does not cover warranties from Australia and we do not cover warranty from Singapore.

Best Regards
Graeme

I'll try and remember to let you know, Roger's going on a 2 week trip so it will be a while before I know. I do my best.
