6100's with low flow

I have 2 6100's on a muti controller when they were new they would push a strong current of water all the way across the front tank now no matter how much I clean them they don't flow anywhere near that amount. At 100% you can barely see the current on the other side . What should I do?

Thanks for any help

How old are the pumps? Have you cleaned the drive unit as well as the suction housings?

They are about 1 year old. I pull the drive motor out and soak it and the housing in vinagar for 12-16 hours ,clean all builtup in the center of drive and in the housing. Is there more to clean then that? what is the sucion housing,or is that the main body? Thanks for any help.

Be sure the upper bearing is not stuck to the magnetic rotors, The suction housing is part 6080.13, it is the intake/outlet. If it is covered in algae it will greatly reduce flow.

I have it all apart again . I have a total 6 pieces per pump and all of them are being soaked . I,m going to take some pics of them to see if you can see anything wrong.

Wel, did not take any pics. put pumps back together and they still don't have the flow that they should . Can I sent them to you one at a time? If so how long is the turn around?

Thanks,
Charles

Can we start with the pics? I know of no reason why I pump would work and not produce the same flow that goes beyond cleaning or a bad drive unit. The motor either works or it doesn't . Are you sure no one turned down the potentiometers on the driver boxes?

Here are some pics. I hope they help.
