6101 serviceable?

Roger,

I bought 2 tunze 6101 streams from someone else. They both were working great until one of them stopped working today. It narrowed it down to the pump itself since I tried plugging the power adapter and impeller (of the non-working one) to the good unit and it worked. I also noticed there was some dampness in the controller din/power plug which might caused the problem.

Since this is a used unit and the problem might be a short because of water, can i still service the unit through Tunze?

Yes, it wouldn't be a warranty problem if the connector got wet, but sometimes they can be repaired cheaply by just soldering a new connector on. Send it in-
