6101 stopped spinning

Hey Rodger,

My 6101 stopped spinning today. It is about 5 months old. I took a look at it, and it looks "wider" at the propeller end tank at the base. What can I do to fix it? Right now, I have no flow in my tank.

I would suspect it is an electronics problem, if you send it in we will replace it.

One more thing. Should I just send the pump? I also have the power supply, and single controller for it. They both seem to be working. It just seems to be the pump that won't spin. I would think the only thing in the pump is the magnet and impeller Does the pump have electronics in it too?

I only need the pump, yes, now almost all the electronics are built into the pump. Usually the issue you describe is caused by a heat sink coming into contact with the motor coil inside, this was a problem early on but we changed the heat sink and added some spacers to prevent this in future runs.
