6101 stopped working

I have a few month old 6101 that stopped running. I did a vinegar bath, switch cables, and switched power supplies. It still would not turn on again.

Do I need to send it in for repair?
If so, what information do you need and what address do I send it to?

Just send it in with a note that has your return address and phone number

dropped it off today. fed ex ground. they said it should arrive saturday. Not sure if you guys are open saturday? If not, they'll redeliver. thanks again for your help!
