6105 and 6055 Powersupply Failures

I recently had 2 6105 and a 6055 power supply fail. What are the lifespans of these devices? These were bought used so I do not know how old they are. I ordered the 6105 devices on the web. Are these going to ship from Germany? I just found out that the 6055 one is bad today. I am holding off on ordering this one. These are running on the multi controller. They did not get wet.

Any thoughts on this multi failure?

The power supplies typically last 3-4 years. Shorter lifespans can happen, they are essentially off the shelf laptop power supplies, they last the longest if the humidity is below 70% and the temp is below 80F. They can also burnout prematurely if the pumps are jammed (they use more power and can overload the power supply). If the 6055 power supply has a switch on the bottom, it would be before 2011, if the 6105 power supplies were the older 6101.240 it would be before 2010, failure of these would not be very unusual.
