6105 does not turn on

I checked the power supply with another power supply and it did not turn on. I checked with and without the controller connected. Connected to a 7096 controller, all the other pumps on the 7096 work. I've had to replace the resistor on this power supply before.

So if you use a known good power supply and no controller, the pump does not turn on? The power supplies will generally last 3-4 years, they do need to be replaced periodically.

Roger all set now, the prop was stuck with sand. Looked clean from the outside, the shaft was covered in fine sand.
