6105 help

i have a 6105 that is a little over 6 months old and noticed today that it has stopped working. I have checked the power supply and it has 18v. I have cleaned the pump but still nothing. I have noticed that if I plug the pump in out of the water the back of the motor gets a little warm. anything I am missing or does this need to be sent in for service?

There is one thing to check before you send it in. Check that the drive unit spins freely on the shaft, I have seen pumps come in with the same symptoms and anything from hair algae, to a strand of human hair to sand or lime has seized the drive unit to the shaft so it cannot spin.

Ok I have tried this and did find some Cal on the shaft that is now cleaned off but it is still not working. I guess the next step is to send it in, I just need to know where to send it and what to send.
