6105 making clicking noise and very slow

Hello this is my first time posting in this forum im having trouble with my tunze 6105 its the new model with the blue impeller it is making a clicking noise when in wave mode via my apex also it is a lot slower then stops altogether the other 6105 that I have on the opposite side of the tank .is fine and is moving water like it should I have cleaned it multiple time with no luck also they both have the 24v jumper installed so I know it's not that please help thank you

Make sure the potentiometer on the pumps junction box is not turned down, if this is turned down and a controller is used, the pump will stall and chatter. This adjustment is only for use with no controller and it must be at 100% when a controller is connected. I would also verify that the Apex cable is fully inserted in the junction box, this is a common issue that will result in the pump stalling, it seems that most users have to cut back or pull back the rubber boot on the connection to fully insert it and get a good contact.
