Roger, I have two 6105's that are a little older. One of them recently stopped. I took it out and cleaned in vinegar...after careful inspection I put it back together and back in the tank. I could not get it to go. Out again, I replaced the impellar with a new one. Part#6105.700.
Again in the tank...it starts and stops, then stays stopped. Taking away power makes it jump, then run a second then stop. A couple times it has stayed running and is very loud. Every now and then it clacks and may stop or may restart.
In checking out the old impellar it appears flawless. The shaft is smooth and the prop spins freely.
My motors have the 24v jumper. Is this an issue? Any suggestions?
