Hey Roger!

I finally had a chance to try out the 6105 I received. When I plug it in - it powers up quickly and flows beautifully. However, during installation I accidentally splashed some water on this connector:

When I connect it to my 7096 - it doesn't seem to control it - it just full blasts at 100%.

Another thing I never noticed is that the power supply (originally for my 6101) is showing a red light - is that ok?

thanks!

The red light is normal, the connector is critical to controlling the pump, my guess is the saltwater shorted the small circuit board attached to the connector and that is why it cannot be controlled. This connector can be replaced for $30 if you send it in.

AH i knew it. I was cursing myself when I saw it happen...alright i'll send it in. I'm such a clumsy numbnut. Thanks.

It happens to all of us, I have lost ballasts, controllers, you name it, to clumsy spills.
