6105 not working in controller mode

Just replaced my 6095s with a pair of brand new 6105s last night.

I connected everything to my GHL Profilux III controller as before.

1 works fine.

the other does not work in controller mode, but works in other modes.
I'm assuming this means tll the cables are working OK in this situation?

Please help.

I assume by controller mode you mean external mode? One possibility would be the cable but then it should work if you switch cables between the pumps. The other thing I have seen but not common is that a 7090 (built in controller) has a bad DIN connector, in that case if you swap the controller that pump should work. The pump can be unplugged from the controller inside, the manual explains how.
