6105 not working

okay, so I took the pump out after much research and cleaned it up really well.. It still only comes on for a second every couple minutes.. Do I need to reprogram this pump or? (i have two 6105 in my tank and only removed the one that is not working)
I did try the other power supply to see if it could have been the problem, but same results..

what is my next step?
I think the pumps are 3 years old

Is that the date of purchase or manufacture?

Have you tested it with no controller at all? Could you possibly post a picture of the drive unit (prop assembly) and the hole that it sits in?

date of purchase was nov 23 2012, i can take a pic, i did not test without controller I will try to do so tonight

okay.. so i tried several times without the controller and it tries to come on for a split se at a time.. I will take a pic tonight of all the assembly

Sorry to hear that! Hope you are better.. I was over seas in Germany (should have gone to tunze!) lol

I finally got some pics today, plus I did try the pump again.. It went on and performed for about 10 seconds.. Then every 30 sec to a min, it would flick on.. But it's not working.. I also broke a small tab on the non motor plastic part of the cover (doesn't seem like it will affect anything)

Let me know what I must do from here.. Could it be just the propeller or? Btw the propeller and inside of pump are very clean

Everything looks good and it looks like fairly new pump, could you please send it in for warranty repair?

I don't need the magnet holder but it would be best to get the pump and power supply.
