6105 problem

I am having an issue with one of my 6105 pumps. 1 power supply will not run either pump and the light is on solid unconnected and flashes when connected. The other supply will run 1 pump only. On the pump that does not run, the metal shaft comes out with the impeller. From what I've read, I feel I need to order a new power supply, but on the pump that does not work do I need a new impeller or do I need to send the pump in? Thank you, Kurt.

It depends on the age of the pump, if the pump was made before Nov 2011, the shaft was removable, it has a blue bushing on either end and the shaft reaches to a socket in the front propeller cover. If it is newer, the shaft should be fixed in the motor and it should be sent in.

I would make sure both pumps are clean. The power supplies would normally flash if the draw is over 50W, if one power supply has an 18V jumper and a 24V jumper that could be the difference or the pumps may be dirty and draw 48W for example and one is just a little more sensitive. If the pumps are clean at 24V they need about 30W.
