6105 replacement voltage selector

Try Tunze.com. Select US, then on left side select Spare Parts Shop. Put in 6105 and you get a list of parts including housings. Roger will likely respond tomorrow, but I suspect the jumpers you want only come with a new power supply since they don't show up independently in the list... Housings do.

The jumpers generally don't fail, they can be ordered seperately for the current model power supply 6105.240, they are no longer available for the older 6101.240 power supply. I suspect what you need is just a new power supply. The narrow flow housing would have come with every 6105 we have made, but it is part 6065.130.

Well when I put the lower selector in the supply has been working for months.

As for the housing, maybe I have the narrow, I am trying to get more flow across my tank, its 7' long and 3 ' wide. I've been doing some reading on the flow patterns and the narrow housing has a long flow pattern which I need, but I need to try to cover the 3' width. I have a 6205 on the opposite end near the bottom and this 6105 on the top.

OP, if you've not seen it, this fairly recent article provided me a lot of insight on the differences in Turbelle pumps, housings and their flow before I made my purchase earlier this year. It's a more detailed analysis of the broader competitive videos Tunze put out on the web some time back showing flow of the Turbelle vs "major competitive" Powerheads in the market.

6065.130 has a roughly 2" diameter output, 6205.130 has a 2.5" diameter output.

It is not impossible for the jumper to burn out, it just is very rare. More commonly the pump is dirty and at the lower voltage you stay just below the safety shut off temp and when you raise the voltage the safety shuts off the power supply as it is overloaded. If it is a 6105.240 power supply, you can get the jumpers, but they will not fit the older 6101.240 and those jumpers are no longer available.
