6105 runs for a second then stops

I have a 6105 that has not been used for awhile. It was cleaned before setting aside. Impeller is clean and spins. When plugged in it spins for one second then stops. Have tried a different power supply that I know is good and same thing. Any ideas?

Check that the propeller assembly (drive unit) is not seized to the metal shaft, pumps made after 2012 the shaft should remain permanently fixed in the motor, before 2012 the shaft is removable and has a blue cap on either end and the propeller/magnet should spin freely on the shaft.

How old is it? Does it have the older black box or a 7090 controller at the end of the cord?

Could you send it in? At most such a pump is 5 years old, if it is less than 2 years it is definitely under warranty and otherwise I would like to see what is wrong and we can discount a new motor.

Roger called me this morning, found the issue and sending back to me. Exactly why I love my Tunze equipment! Very few repairs ever needed but when you do service is key! I will continue to use Tunze!
