6105 Trouble....

So I have a pair of 6105's in my 180gal. They are both aprox 1 yr old. yesterday I noticed one was not working. I unplugged and plugged it back in, still nothing. I swapped the power supply from my other 6105 that was still working and still nothing. Took it apart, cleaned it(not that dirty), checked that the prop was clean and put it back together. Still nothing. Is there anything else I should try before I send it in for repair?? Also need instructions for mailing it to Tunze.
