6105 vibrations and noise

I have a 6055, a 6015 in my 55 gallon and no noise or vibration at all. Beautiful pumps and no noise at all!

Now for my problem. I bought these new 6105's for my new 145gal tank. Well, they vibrate and make a very audible hum ( more like a brrrrr noise). The vibration is carried through the wire, which also vibrates. I've got both running on the 18v jumper. I'm wondering if it's normal as both vibrate and make the same noise. I was kind of hoping they would be dead silent like the other two Tunze I own.

The larger the pump, the larger the rotating mass, the more likely that it won't be perfectly balanced and will have some vibration as a result. This would be normal, the 6055 is very quiet, it is generally quieter than the ambient noise in a room but the magnet and propeller are much smaller, less rotating mass. The 6105 will usually be just a little noisier than the ambient room noise, they will get quieter after a couple weeks of break in if they are new.
