6105 wont start

I have a two 6105's that I bought a few years ago, I noticed today that one wasn't running, I took it out and cleaned it, it doesn't even try to start with the 12v or 18v chip in the power supply, it started with the 24v chip in the power supply once but now wont start again. i tried plugging it into the other power supply, same issue. Thoughts on what needs replaced? Impeller? Drive Motor?

If the impeller is not seized and can spin freely on the metal shaft, then it is likely the motor block that is the issue.

Thanks, I figured as much since now it wont even start if I spin it manually. Will be placing an order for parts as soon as money allows
