so i have just aquired 2 6105 pumps, set them up in the tank and i find that even on the lowest setting they seem to be a bit much, so what would be a good way to shut them down alittle more, yeah i know we usually need more not less just, wondering what would be the best material or mod to do

Have you switched out the jumper? The power supply has a jumper that you can switch out for lower flow. The manual should tell you how to do it.

well thats just it from what the book says and what my power supply has it's not going to work as there is no jumper but even the back of the power supply says there is but it's just not there is it inside on these units? all i have is a red light on the outside.

That red light is the jumper. Look at page 28 of the manual

Yes, the jumper is over the red light, you pull it out and insert the lower voltage jumper.
