6105's with the 6205 shroud.

Is the impeller on the 6105 the same size as in the 6205?

No, the 6105 propeller is 45mm, 6205 is 48mm.

I currently replace the shroud wit the 6205 on my 6105 and noticed that the pump is rattling or moving up and down slightly. Just wondering if that is because of the larger shroud? or does it normally do that anyway.

Make sure that the blue bushing at the end of the metal shaft was moved over as well, one sticks in the front cover and may be on your old cover and not moved over. If the cover is on securely and the bushing is there, the pump should not be louder.
