I would test it without the controller connected as one possibility is some sort of short or overload causing the power supply to turn off as a safety. If the pump was locked up with calcium which typically becomes an issue if it has not been disassembled and cleaned after 3-4 months use or if the controller cable is causing a short, it would shut off, once the issue is resolved it should work again. I very, very rarely see these large power supplies fail simply because they are really overkill, the pump is 50W and the power supply can handle 90W. They do have safeties that shut them off if they overheat or the power draw exceeds 90W. The pump and power supply have a 2 year warranty, I would send in the pump and power supply so we can check both, as long as the issue is not water damage to the power supply it would be replaced under warranty but this would be an unusual one, I can't recall the last time I saw a dead 6155 power supply.
