6200.50 magnet holder?

can i use 1 only to hold my wave box up on 1/2 glass?

Yes you should be able to.

You can but it is not ideal, the wavebox will wobble back and forth and can start to "walk" You would need to at a minimum use the 2 suction cups that were included and the magnet holder and replace the suction cups at least yearly. The ideal is two magnet holders, in fact 2 6080.50 would be fine.
