6200 alarm won't turn off

6200 impeller won't spin and alarm won't turn off. I already tried swapping the impeller and bearing from another 6200 but to no avail. Sometimes the impeller work and alarm does not come off. But last night I could not get the impeller to spin and the alarm won't turn off.

Can I send it to you to have it check?

Perry, try to clean the pump first. Make sure you pay attention to the rear bushing, take it out and clean it thoroughly.

Send it in, it sounds like it may be the motor block.

I already swapped everything I can including o-ring, bearing, impeller, driver box. I think is time for the expert to look at it.

Yes, it was repaired and returned yesterday.

I had the exact same issue with one of my 6200's........
I even ran it in ez-clean for a few hours, swapped impellers, hooked it to a different power supply....still no spin and an alarm.

I priority mailed it to you guys, you should have received it yesterday I'm guessing.

We may have gotten it but I don't have any boxes that say Chris on them or indicate they came from CO. If it came Friday it will be repaired today.
