6200 in wavebox keeps stalling out

The pump was totally disassembled and meticulously cleaned and I am still having the same problem. It will run ok for awhile and then stall out sounding the alarm until I put my fingers on the impeller to re-start the pump. The 6200 in the wavebox has the newer version pump with the 1 piece impeller shaft.

I am really at wits end with this one and do not know what else to do.

Any suggestions Roger?

Are you sure the upper bearing, part 3000.610 in your manual, is not stock to the drive unit?

Yes I am sure. I took the whole unit apart, cleaned it thoroughly and made sure that all of the parts went together easily so that there would not be any binding.
