6200 vs 6100

Roger,

When do you typically recommend a 6200 over a 6100? On many big tanks i've seen you recommend multiple 6100's.

Thanks!

It is mostly based on width and depth of the tank and inhabitants. When you get to 30"+ width and depth then th 6200 comes into the picture on tanks 6ft long or more. Especially if it is all SPS.

6100 or 6200 - My tank is 5' long 4' wide and 30" deep, 370 gals. The diagonal back corner to front opposite would be more than 6', so pointing the streams to the opposite corners, what size streams may be best in this scenario?
I suppose this may not work, as the two currents would meet mid tank and cause too much turbulence.
Any other suggestions appreciated.

You would run one at a time or idle one while pulsing the other. It depends on inhabitants.
