6205 Problems

Well, Just like title said. I just got my 2 6205's about a 4 days ago and 1 does not work. i took it apart, the impeller is seeded right the way it should be, i tried swapping the power cords and nothing. the impeller moves freely on the shaft. the shaft is seeded inside the hole on the cover and nothing, i'm alittle stressed right now.. Also will i need a seperate 6105.5 for each pump. i just ordered 2 more 6205's and i'm hoping i don't have the same issue's
