6205 shortage?

Is there a shortage of these pumps out there? I ordered 2 of them 2 weeks ago and still haven't got them. I was told that they on backorder from Tunze and that I would be sent the latest and most current 6205's.

Yes, they were very behind on all Stream 2 controllable pumps and the focus was catching up on the 6105's which is just now happening, the 6205's will start coming in in the next couple weeks but we haven't had any in stock for a few weeks.

Are there any changes or updates to the new ones?

Not that I know of, there are a few changes planned but most won't be in production until fall. It is conceivable the 6205's will have the new clamp with the rubber insert to reduce noise, these are just now entering production and there will be a new rubber sound dampner under the disk on the drive unit likely by the end of April. The production of these new parts is just beginning so I don't know that they will be in the next batch we get and these changes are fairly small and easily upgraded later. The next major change will be a pure Titanium shaft but that won't be ready until September. We are mainly behind because the circuit board in the pump wasn't reordered on time and as a result no pumps were made for most of January and February.
