6205 with 7091 controller "popping"

Hey Roger and folks,

I've got a 6205 pump with a 7091 controller that has been working flawlessly since Roger performed repairs on it last summer. Recently, the pump has started popping or clicking. Anything a user can do about this noise?

Most likely the disk or a bushing has worn out or been damaged, if you PM me your name, I will look up what we did on it.
