6215 wave box

Hi,
I just hooked up my Tunze wave box 6215 . My tank is 60x32x24 3/4 with a center internal overflow . I have two Tunze 6105 on a 7095 multi controller.
The wave box is very loud as it pulses on and off is this normal ?
The 6105 are so quiet you can not tell if they are on I was hoping Roger may be able to help. Thanks , Pete

If the noise is only a clicking/breathing noise, this will reduce with use over a couple weeks but will always be present to some extent. If it is a grinding/clattering noise, the front housing is not securely on the pump and needs to be reinstalled, they do tend to come off in shipping.
