6305 help

I have an approximately 4 month old 6305. The pump is not running. I have unplugged all connections to make sure they are seated correctly. The light on the power supply is green and there are no obstructions to the propeller. I am using the stock in-line speed control. Any suggestions?

It is rare but I have seen power supplies that light up and only put out 4 or 5V and the pump won't run. Send in both the pump and power supply, as long as the power supply or connector didn't get wet it the bad component would be replaced under warranty.
