65 Gallon Cube-ish + Frag tank build

This will be my 3rd tank, second build. I recently relocated from SoCal to the Phoenix area for work, and sold off my old tank and livestock minus the equipment before the move.

I travel up to 3 weeks out of the month for work, so this was a very slow process (about 8 months of nights and weekends here and there), but I finally got water in the tank this weekend. I had 95% of the equipment from my previous builds, so I searched around for a 50-75 gallon starfire tank locally, and stumbled across a 24"w X 22"d X 26" tall tank and started the build around that with no real finite plan, and went from there. I'm not a carpenter in any respect nor am I an engineer- so the stand is overbuilt to be on the safe side.

Equipment list:
2 Gen4 Radion XR30 Pro
Kessil H80
Arctica 1/3 HP chiller
2 MP-10 QD Wireless
1 Gyre
Ecotech M1 return Pump
Neptune Apex
EB8 and EB4
Neptune DOS
Advanced Acrylic 10 gallon Frag Tank
Advanced acrylic 10 gallon ATO reservoir
BRS RODI
ALD leak detection
Tunze ATO

I've always liked to have all the wiring tucked away, or as much as possible while still being accessible for maintenance or if something needs to be replaced. However, it's still a pain.

I built my own sump out of a 40 breeder I got on sale (no other way to buy these) and some 1/4" acrylic I sourced locally. Used a jig saw and sanded the edges, aquarium safe silicone, and bam. Well, I actually used the wrong silicone on the first go around, and had some of the baffles too tall the second time. So third time's a charm.

I used white acrylic and made the baffles taller to keep any light creep at bay from the refugium. I don't feel like cleaning algae.
The last baffle before the return I cut teeth, to catch any excess chaeto that may clog the pumps.

Plumbing is not my favorite. Schedule 80 fittings. It looks like a spider web but no leaks!
1/2" return for frag tank
3/4" return for display.
1" drains

And all pushed into place and filled with salt. Bring on the cycle!

Looks awesome! Love the style of the stand, you're really giving yourself a ton of options on it. The top is great too. I'm jealous :)
