65 gallon tall

I know you've made recommendations for this size tank before, but I can't get into the search function.

I've got a 65 tall (36 x 18 x 24 tall), a shallow crushed coral bed. I've got mainly LPS but a couple of SPS that need more flow. I'd like to create some semblance of back and forth wave action. I'd like to create some initial stir in the sand bed because it hasn't had much in the last year (except for minor cleanings), but I don't want a sand storm. I've been running a single Seio 75 (I don't remember the exact number here).

I'd like to order for Christmas (if you could recommend a retailer as well?).

I have Torch, Frogspawn, Open Cup, Open Brain (weso-something), A large collection of zoos. My sps are not doing so great (the montiporas are doing really great though).

I am in Dallas so I have access to several decent retailers and would be willing to go anywhere in the area.

I think the best arrangement will be 2 7400/2. The Streams will create a direct flow that the torch and frogspawn won't like and your tank is small so their will be difficulty making a shadow zone for the flow. This will give you the back and forth motion you want and it has a broad flow characteristic.
