7 day old SW Tank - Algae ?

I'm noticing very fine white ( hair like) threads coming from cured live rock and I'd like to know is the the start of good bacteria or algae....if algae...any suggestions?

i couldn't see the threads in the pic but you're probably seeing the vermetid snail's webs.
