I went to my LFS and inteded to purchase the 6055 based on an earlier thread suggestion. The store said that if I wanted growth I should get the 6000 becuase I can control the amount of flow?

Well I got the 6000 but am having second thoughts....should I return it and get a couple of 6055's? It is going to be at least 2 years before I upgrade.

What are the tank dimensions? 36x18x25?

If that's the case I'd get two 6055's and the multicontroller.

I agree with Mike. I think that would work well. You can control the 6055s the same as the 6000. But with 2 6055s you should be able to get flow a little more even thru the tank

The dims are 36x18x25 and thank you both for your help. I will go for the 2-6055's and the multi.
