7028/2 parts

Hi Roger. I just got a 7028/2 temp controller. I cant quite figure the plug out. It has a white plug to go into the wall that is american. The switch part plugs into the back of that. Then there is a brown plug that goes into the back of the power unit. It has a european socket on the back. Where do I plug in my heater? Is this missing parts? Thanks, Jason

The top socket, the one that doesn't go in the wall should have slots through what looks like a euro plug- look closely and it should have the slots for a US plug to fit.

Yeah, I just noticed that (after 30 minutes of staring at it). Now that I have it all hooked up, the stack of plugs is sagging down. I am scared that it is going to fall out of the outlet. Is there a solution?

Yeah, it sounds like you have the old adapters we bought from Braun and those kinda sucked- I'll get you a set of the new ones from Isotronic- they are much more secure and lower profile.
