rvitko,

I just got a Multicontroller 7094 with a single Stream 6100 installed. I understand that with only a single stream we can only effectively run it in pulse mode. I can't seem to get pulse mode to work and was wondering if you could help me out with the settings. Basically, this is the setup:

Stream is plugged into the first port.
Top Left Knob is at Minimum
Bottom Left is as Maximum
Top Left and Right are at Maximum
Mode Switch is in the middle
Interval switch is at the bottom (1-7 min)
The interval knob (all the way to the right) is at min.
The pulse knob is pointed to the left (9 O'Clock).
All Four Amber LED's along the bottom are turned on.
The pump LED is turned on.
The Red LED between the two bottom 'speed' knobs is On.
The Red LED between the two top 'speed' knobs are Off.
The Green LED to the right of the two bottom 'speed' knobs is Off.

If I move the Pulse knob to Off, the stream seems to operate based on the position of the bottom left knob (If I turn the dial to the right, the stream speeds up and vice versa) but it does so at a constant rate (I assume this is how it should be if one wanted a constant flow rate). However, I would think that moving that pulse knob to point to 9 O'Clock, it should turn up the power and turn it back down (but which knob does it use for the power down reference?).

Also, if you get a chance, I'd appreciate it if you could expand on which knob controllers which port. For example, from what I can tell, the Bottom Left Knob controls Port-1. What ports do the other knobs correspond to?

Thank you for your response.

The two left knobs control the two left ports, it pulses between those 2 based on the time of the pulse knob. The interval knob does nothing in pulse mode so ignore it. You should see it pulse between the top and bottom left knobs every second with how you have it set which is really too fast for the pump to speed up or slow daown, try 12 o clock and you will need to feel it not just look at the flow, with the Streams the change is not so visible.
