7094 multicontroller issues

I have a 7094 multicontroller with 2 6100, they were running fine for about a month, then i just noticed that it won't switch speeds or phases, its just stuck on one mode. i tried all the switches and unplugged it for a couple of hours ans still no luck. any ideas or am i missing somthing?

I would be willing to bet it is the night sensor. Are the lights stuck on the bottom if so unplug the night sensor and see what happens.

all the lights are stuck on the bottom! I never had a photo sensor attached to the controller, but I tried hooking it up and still nothing, lights still stuck on the bottom anyone else???
