7095 and 6100 Failure

Hello.

I purchased a wonderful TZTS24 TURBELLE STREAM KIT; which includes two TURBELLE STREAM 6100's and a MULTICONTROLLER 7095. Unfortunately, my setup quit working last night. I've tried unplugging and replugging all cables on both units to no avale. The controller simply doesn't light up. Can you direct me on what to do next?

So the controller doesn't light up or the pumps don't work? Do the pumps work when they are not connected to the controller? You would need to send everything in. I am hard pressed to understand what could cause three pieces of equipment to fail besides water damage or a power surge so this may well fall outside the realm of warranty. Please include all your contact info and ship the units insured and preferably not by mail. UPS is the most reliable for the money in my experience.

Thanks for your email...I'm not sure either. It very well could have been a power surge, I'm not sure as it happened while I was at work. It's on a surge strip, but not a heavy duty one. I've noticed it does get humid where the units are located; closed in under tank by sump and other equip. Can these units be repaired or must they be replaced? I'm going to send this out today. How long does it typically take for diagnosis? Many thanks for your thoughts.

In general I finish most repairs within 24hrs of receipt of the item. In more complicated cases I like to run everything a few days to be sure we got it figured out. Individual parts can be replaced but we will have to see what happened. I am generally pretty good at diagnosing these things but this is a mystery I have yet to see a new multicontroller fail and two pumps on the same set up would be very odd too.

Dude, its just me and one helper and the space is quite small we should have no problem. I bet Dave received it as I checked out at 5 on Friday.
